In 2020, Jaya Construction undertook the Bazaar Mandalika project for ITDC in Kuta, Pujut, Central Lombok Regency, West Nusa Tenggara. Spanning 11,000 square metres, this large-scale commercial development was delivered within an exceptionally tight 75-day construction window and a budget of Rp 21 billion.
The project demanded meticulous planning, coordinated resource management, and disciplined on-site execution to meet the compressed timeline.
